ONLINE REGISTRATION INSTRUCTIONS

YOU MUST HAVE YOUR GROUP HOLD REGISTRATION ID FROM YOUR CHURCH LEADER BEFORE CONTINUING.

PARENTS MUST COMPLETE EVERY SECTION AT 14 DAYS PRIOR TO THIER CAMP DATES

IF WE HAVE TO UNLOCK THE SYSTEM FOR LAST MINUTE REGISTRATIONS THERE WILL BE A $20 LAST MINUTE FEE CHARGE ON YOUR CAMPER ACCOUNT.)

 If you are registering more than one camper you will complete the registration for the first camper and then click on “Add Camper” to begin another registration.

Make sure you complete EVERY section with notifications:

  • Make sure you complete the Medical section including OTC, Medication, and Allergies:
  • Even if your camper is NOT taking medications or has NO ALLERGIES, click into the sections and then select: “NO”:

If your camper is taking prescribed medication at camp – YOU MUST UPLOAD A doctor signed MEDICATION AUTHORIZATION FORM to your account, this can be found in the “Downloadable Forms” section as pictured below.

If you have trouble uploading a form, you can email it to info@camphisway.com with your camper/session information.
  • Download the Parent Packet for packing list and other details in the same “Downloadable Forms” section as well.
  • If you experience any difficulties during the registration process, you will see a Contact Us button at the top of the screen that includes the technical support phone number at  866-433-4548. Call if you need assistance.
